The promoter is the Hon. Rute City Council and I commissioned the interior termination project of the ground floor meeting room.

This building began in the year 2002, being carried out by different phases as funding is obtained.

This project is part of Phase IV and last one, contemplating several chapters of work, both facilities and finishes and scenic elements.

At present, we find a raw room with facilities half done, the toilets almost finished but without any finishing or acoustic conditioning.

What is completed are the elements that close the premises with the rest of the building that is finished but with some problems due to lack of municipal maintenance.

Once the construction situation of the building has been analyzed, we propose solutions for the completion of the premises: complete the installations, place the finishes on floors, ceilings and walls, installation of the elements of the stage, furniture and machinery.

Once the solutions collected in the project are presented, we include some rendered images of the proposed finished site.
