The house is located in a residential urbanization, where detached single-family houses predominate. It is designed as a second home.

This project was initiated in 2019, with the aim of constructing a detached single-family house in Salinas, Archidona.

This house has been designed at RBM Architecture Studio by architect Raúl Benítez Molina, and directed by him and the technical architect Ana Mª Núñez Delgado.

This building is located on a rectangular plot, with three of its facades free, although the main facade is oriented towards the southeast, with a total plot area of 285.90 m² and a total built area of 208.93 m² divided into the ground floor and a mezzanine floor that houses storage and utility spaces.

The predominant construction method is the use of reinforced concrete. An inclined roof slab is projected to increase interior volume and provide storage space beneath, taking advantage of the slope.

This charming single-story house features three spacious bedrooms, a garage, and a utility/storage room on the roof mezzanine, with internal access.

Located on a plot with three open sides, it offers privacy and comfort in a peaceful environment, along with ample natural light. Ideal for a practical and functional lifestyle.
