The residence is located in Urban Land according to the General Urban Planning Plan (PGOU) of Alhama de Granada, which is in force for the specific plot in question.

The building has three above-ground floors and consists of:

- Ground floor (101.12m²): Entrance with stairs, living-dining room, kitchen, toilet, and bathroom.

- First floor (83.06m²): Stairs, three bedrooms, and a terrace.

- Second floor (68.13m²): Stairs, one bedroom, and a terrace.

The total constructed area is 252.31m².

This project has been carried out at RBM Architecture Studio by the architect Raúl Benítez Molina.

The objective of the certificate is to verify the habitability of the building. The report details compliance with the various conditions established in the General Urban Planning Plan of the municipality. It also describes the installations and finishes of the residence, along with an extensive photographic report and floor plans detailing the different rooms of the residence.

The purpose of the certificate is to describe and document the floor plans of an existing single-family residence in urban land for the regrouping of a foreign family.

In conclusion, the existing building complex is suitable for residential use as it complies with the minimum safety, habitability, and sanitation standards required.
