The building complex is located on a single cadastral plot in Urban Land and NonUrbanizable Land according to the General Urban Planning Plan (PGOU) of Cuevas de San Marcos.

Subplot number two consists of a two-story dwelling and a pool. On the ground floor, there is a garage, a storage room, a staircase, a bathroom, a bedroom, a living-dining room, a kitchen, a laundry room, a storage room, and a utility room. The first floor contains the master bedroom with an interior bathroom and walk-in closet, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a study, and a terrace.

This project has been carried out at RBM Architecture Studio by the architect Raúl Benítez Molina.
